What does a journey mean to you?
A journey for me is like a giant jar that you keep filling with memories, unknowingly. And something as simple as a scent, a photo or a dish can transport you back to one of these many journeys that you take on the ride called life.
Which country or location most inspires you?
The pandemic made me value our home more than ever, and I continue to work out of my bedroom, but any location with scenic vistas and a vibrant culture inspires me.
Where would you go back to and why?
I lived in the UK for over a year for my MA degree and would like to revisit it for old times’ sake. I also fell in love with Bhutan’s Buddhist culture and wish to stay there for a longer duration.
Top insider tip for Mumbai
Mumbai is an emotion! So don’t just see the sights. Take heritage walks, try a culinary tour tasting local delicacies, explore its nightlife, and feel the pulse of the city.
What journey would you most like to go on?
While I have things like seeing the Northern Lights or skydiving on my bucket list, I’d also like to explore destinations around the world as a digital nomad to soak in the culture and live like a local.
