What does a journey mean to you?
A journey contains high highs and low lows. You can’t have one without the other.
Which country or location most inspires you?
New York City is fairly consistent in being an inspiration.
Where would you go back to and why?
Years later, I won’t stop talking about a trip I took to Sandhornøya, Norway, in the arctic circle. I slept in a Sami hut underneath the northern lights during the height of summer and drank beer out of a Viking horn.
What journey would you most like to go on?
I’d love to visit Simon Nessman’s Cedar Coast Field Station on Vancouver Island, a sustainable eco lodge, and experience true isolation.
