The chance to discover somewhere new, which for me is usually done via its food, and to relax and unwind.

Which other country or location most inspires you?
Brazil.

Where would you go back to, and why?
Tuscany. It’s stunning and the food and wine are world class.

What journey would you most like to go on?
A journey through the Balkans starting in Croatia, ending in Georgia or Armenia via Turkey, all done by road/train.
