Which country or location most inspires you?
Japan. That’s why I am still here even after 20-plus years. Never-ending discoveries.
Where would you go back to and why?
Naoshima. To visit my good friend Yamagishi and finally get to try his figs.
Top tip for visiting Tokyo?
The Edo-Tokyo Open-Air Architectural Museum (or Tatemonoen). A wonderful collection of old and new(er) homes and buildings from the megapolice.
