Being given permission to forget what day of the week it is.
Which other country or location most inspires you?
Most of the music and literature I love seems to come from America’s East Coast or the northeast of England. By proxy, I get inspired by New York or Liverpool, Philadelphia or Manchester every day.
Where would you go back to, and why?
The moment we discovered a beach shack in Cassis that sold omelettes for 5 EUR – Provence is very expensive – was hard to beat.
